River Charcuterie Boards

For any cutting applications-if any, should be done on the wood portions of the board. Epoxy is food contact safe according to the FDA’s Code of Federal Regulations title 21, part 175.300 and 175.105. This means it is completely food safe to serve your favorite foods. The wood is finished in a food grade mineral oil to allow safe consumption while enjoying foods. No heavy cutting or chopping over the epoxy sections.
